Tour Highlights
Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Marrakech, leaving behind the bustling city and heading east towards the stunning landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains.
As the scenery gradually transforms from fertile plains to rugged mountain terrain, we arrive in the historic town of Demnate, a traditional Berber market town known for its rich heritage and vibrant local culture. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to stroll through the old medina and gain insight into daily life away from Morocco’s more touristy destinations.
Continuing deeper into the mountains, we visit the remarkable Imi n’Ifri Natural Bridge, one of Morocco’s most impressive geological formations. This spectacular natural limestone arch spans a deep gorge carved by an underground river over thousands of years. A short walk allows you to explore the cave-like passage beneath the bridge and admire this fascinating natural wonder.
After lunch, the road winds through increasingly dramatic mountain scenery before reaching the hidden valley of Megdaz. The village appears almost magically, nestled among terraced fields and walnut trees, framed by towering mountain peaks.
Upon arrival, settle into your traditional guesthouse and enjoy a warm welcome from your hosts. In the evening, savor a delicious homemade Berber dinner prepared with fresh local ingredients while enjoying panoramic views over the valley.
