Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil – Atlas Mountains Trek
Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Marrakech as you travel toward the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains. The drive takes you through scenic valleys and traditional villages before arriving in Imlil, a peaceful mountain village located at 1,740 meters and known as the gateway to Mount Toubkal.
After meeting your local trekking guide, begin a beautiful hike through terraced fields of walnuts and apples, passing traditional Berber villages such as Aremd and enjoying stunning views of the surrounding valleys.
Lunch is served in a traditional Berber house or local guesthouse before continuing your hike along scenic mountain trails. This gentle introduction to the Atlas Mountains allows you to experience authentic village life and the warm hospitality of the Berber people.

Day 2: Atlas Mountains – Scenic Valleys – Return to Imlil
After breakfast, continue exploring the beautiful valleys and mountain passes around Imlil. Today’s trek leads through juniper forests, terraced farmland, and remote hamlets where daily life has remained unchanged for centuries.
You may hike toward panoramic passes such as Tizi Mzik or explore nearby valleys offering incredible views of the surrounding peaks of the Toubkal National Park.
Enjoy a traditional lunch during the trek while soaking in the serene mountain atmosphere.
Return to Imlil in the afternoon where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment of the mountains.

Day 3: Imlil – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
After breakfast, depart the Atlas Mountains and begin a spectacular journey across the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters. The winding road offers incredible panoramic views of mountains, valleys, and traditional Berber villages.
Continue toward the legendary fortified village of Ait Benhaddou, one of Morocco’s most iconic historical sites. This ancient ksar has served as a filming location for many famous movies and television productions.
After exploring the kasbah and enjoying lunch nearby, continue to Ouarzazate, often called the Hollywood of Africa.
The journey continues through the Valley of Roses before reaching the dramatic landscapes of Dades Valley where you will spend the night in a traditional hotel overlooking the valley.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga Sahara Desert
After breakfast, travel through fascinating desert landscapes toward the spectacular cliffs of Todra Gorge, where towering rock walls rise more than 300 meters above the narrow canyon.
